FIRE CO. PRESIDENT

Michael Swigonski

PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE:

Thank you for visiting our department’s web site.

The BTFD is currently responding to approx. 1200 calls per year. With a member ship of about 40 (see: members) we are part-time staffed 24 hrs. a day & 7 days a week. Along with our part-time staff members we also are complimented by a volunteer response system.

We are continued in our search for additional personnel to compliment our department. Within our membership there is a vast amount of experience, knowledge, training and skill that make BTFD the successful department that it is. Interested in joining our Brotherhood, (see: recruitment) take a few minutes to fill out an application.   Stop in for a visit and ask for an application and ask questions. We also offer an Explorer Program for the younger interested individuals, ages 14-20.

The Bainbridge Township Fire Department prides itself in serving our community as well as the surrounding communities with the best Fire & EMS service that can be provided. We are constantly training within our department, through outside courses, as well as with our neighboring departments.

Thank you again for visiting our web site. Please contact me if you have any questions.

                                                                                    Michael J. Swigonski, President
